If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee, provided they are unused and still in their original packaging. Shipping and handle fees will not be refunded.

Items returned after 30 days or items no longer in their original packing will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

After 45 days, returns will not be accepted and no refund given.

Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product received is incorrect due to WalVac error, WalVac will pay for return shipping of the product and issue an exchange or a full refund upon the return of the incorrect product.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon the return of the product and will be credited using the original method of payment. All products will be inspected prior to the issuance of a refund. You will be notified once the refund process is initiated.
